The seaoned duo of David Milroy and Lucky Oceans have turned their talents to the legendary songbook of Johnny Cash – honouring the Man in Black with a deep tribute embedded with their own and Cash’s considerable experience. With Lucky’s world-class steel guitar and Dave’s deep, earthy vocals, they breathe new life into Cash’s timeless themes of justice, heartache, rebellion, and redemption.
Dave’s evocative vocals and stories combine with Lucky’s reminiscences of his time in the apex of Country Music in Texas, Nashville and around the USA. They also play songs of Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson in this meaningful salute to the music of one of the world’s great troubadours.
