The Ellington does not refund items or tickets if you simply change your mind, or are unable to attend a show you have booked.

Tickets to Ellington concerts are non-refundable and no credits will be given.

Tickets to Ellington shows that are cancelled are fully refunded, unless you prefer to have credit for another show.

Memberships and Gift Cards are not refundable.

Purchasing tickets indicates your acceptance of these terms.
