Join the Josh Parker Sextet as they ‘go electric’ for a late night set exploring heavy hitting rock, funk and fusion jazz music from artists such as Miles Davis, Stone Alliance and Elvin Jones!

This group will demonstrate their musical chemistry and virtuosic improvisations over compositions from many pivotal albums such as as ‘Bitches Brew’, ‘New Agenda’ and ‘Lookout Farm’, as well as a host of exciting original compositions in the style of early 70’s and 80’s rock fusion. This group consists of local rising talents Callum Thomson on Drums, Finn McKibbin on electric and upright bass, Flavio Colonetti on rhoades and piano, Chris Kazuki on guitar and Aaron Caldwell on saxophones. All featured musicians have been creating music together in various formats throughout Perth over the last few years and will come together on this night to create an explosive and spontaneous set of music. Don’t miss this exciting late night of genre bending grooves and high energy performance!
