Jessica Carlton (trumpet), Kate Pass (double bass), and Talya Valenti (drums) reunite for the first time since Kate’s departure from Perth to study at the New School in NYC. They will be joined by Holly Forster (alto saxophone) to form a chordless quartet, performing original compositions from all four members of the group. This will be a one off performance, with Kate returning to NYC shortly after, and Jess taking a break from gigs for the birth of her second daughter. Don’t miss this unique performance of original music!

Performing the opening set is a new project called AUDIT:
“AUDIT is organized chaos in a musical setting, and the first collaboration between Joshua Chan (keys), Naoko Uemoto (sax) and Giane Hladin (drums). Born out of a desire to do something ‘really weird’ the three have come together with the single MO of letting loose whilst still creating something somewhat palatable to discerning audiences. Expect a big wash of ambient scenes, big drum beats, small drum beats, whirly synths, swirly synths, soaring saxophone, quiet saxophone and three musicians having a lot of fun. This will be their debut performance and they are just as curious as you as to what will actually happen on stage…
