Local songwriters Cal Silberstein and Jackson Harper Griggs are always home for Christmas, but, they have made a critical festive oversight! Despite a hearty songbook spanning their thirteen-year partnership filled with Christmas adjacent themes (home, community, inter-generational conflict, colours that clash), they have not written a fully-fledged Christmas song. In 2025, they will correct this omission with their unique blend of musical theatre, folk/rock, laughter and heart. Gather in the festive lights of the Ellington Jazz Club for a concert of original songs, Chritsmas (and Christmas-adjacent) favourites, a sleigh-full of surprises including, perhaps inevitably, special guest performers.
