Live in Australia for the first time!
Coming from a Motown bloodline, LEANDRA LANE is an African-American, Dutch and Eurasian artist who has sung for Michael Jackson in a private audience. A singer-songwriter and music child prodigy from Singapore, she has achieved national acclaim and built an international profile as a unique artist in her genre.
She has performed in private audiences for Michael Jackson, Joe Jackson, The Supremes, The Shirelles, The Braxtons, Pharrell Williams and Rick Price, and was the opening act for Ziggy Marley at the MTV Reggae Fest in Manila. She has also performed with the Honourable Prime Minister of Singapore, Lawrence Wong.
Her sound has been compared to Tina Turner, Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey. Her one-of-a-kind style blends old-school Motown, rock and soul with a contemporary edge.
She is currently working on her first EP between Singapore and Los Angeles, and The Ellington Jazz Club is proud to present her first solo concert in Australia.
Seating for this event is unallocated.
