Accompanied by virtuoso Harry Mitchell at the grand piano, Simone invites you to fall under the spell of tender, timeless standards by the soft glow of candlelight. From swinging jazz by Ella and Frank, to reimaginings of The Carpenters, this sophisticated soirée has wit, charm, and perhaps even a blush!

About the Presenter

Meet one of the city’s best-loved Jazz & Blues vocalists! Crowned “Princess of Jazz” by the Perth press, Simone Craddock has lit up stages around the world from Ronnie Scott’s and the Houses of Parliament to leading roles on the West End and international tours of Annie, Jesus Christ Superstar, Dirty Dancing and Hello Dolly!

Simone won the 2020 Music & Musicals Award for her Fringeworld debut, Nina, Love Simone and has swept the awards every year since with her self-penned productions; Ella & Louis, Birth of the Blues, Candlelit Valentine’s Concert, Simone Swings Kylie! and Jazz at the Movies! Whether performing at the State Theatre Centre of WA, Government House Ballroom, His Majesty’s Theatre or The Ellington Jazz Club, Simone wins her audiences over with wit, warmth and world-class artistry.
