Join us for a fabulous evening of entertainment when smooth jazz man Flynn meets powerhouse vocalist Gibson as they bring the music and legendary duets of Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga to life.
James & Chelsea are great friends and have an incredible rapport on stage having performed together for decades. They initially worked together in James’s theatre company where they entertained an educated audiences throughout WA .
They also performed together in the highly acclaimed shows, “Wonderful” a musical celebrating the music of Stevie Wonder & “Gotta be Gatsby” a fun 1920’s cabaret show.
In addition to singing Chelsea also plays keyboards, drums, percussion and a wicked blues harmonica. She’s Boy George’s first call when he comes to Perth.
James & Chelsea will take you on musical journey through some of the greatest hits and duets from Tony & Lady Gaga including : ‘Cheek to Cheek’, ‘The lady is a tramp’, ‘Anything goes’, ‘Shallow’, ‘Always remember us this way’, ‘I left my heart in San Francisco’, ‘The good life’, ‘How do you keep the music playing’ and many more.
Most of the wonderful musical arrangements in the show have been written by our incredibly talented bassist, Adam Springhetti.
Accompanying James & Chelsea on stage is the seven piece ‘Fly Swing Orchestra’ led by multi-instrumentalist, Marty Pervan and featuring:
