The Music of Gretchen Parlato with Amy Linda

Tuesday 07 December 7.00pm

Make your Tuesday evening one to remember by listening to the music of Gretchen Parlato at The Ellington.

Known as one of the most inventive and mesmeric vocalists of her generation, Gretchen Parlato is well known for her music as being a tasteful blend of Brazilian influenced modern jazz. This delicate dance of exploring different textures and styles of music has heavily influenced Amy Linda’s musical journey as she studies vocals at WAAPA. Playing with dear friends and incredible musicians, the evening will be a celebration of the tasteful sounds of Gretchen Parlato.
