Sassafras: A Gypsy Swing Soirée (Fringe Encore)

Following the many cancellations due to lockdown in February, Sassafras will be presenting an encore of their Fringe show in March. The show will start promptly at the advertised time, and run for 1 hour.
Award winning Perth band Sassafras are back with a brand new show of gypsy jazz. The band features Lachlan Gear and Aaron Deacon on gypsy guitars, Pete Jeavons on double bass, Adrian Galante on clarinet and Jessie Gordon on vocals. Sassafras present a vibrant, acoustic mix of gypsy swing and jazz, all performed with the sensational virtuosity and passion so intrinsic to the tradition of this music.
This dazzling performance will feature new arrangements of jazz standards, beautiful ballads and fabulous French classics.
