Lucy Iffla Swings with Ella Fitzgerald

Wednesday 03 November 7.00pm

**This is a rescheduled show, originally scheduled for the 2nd of July. Due to lockdown, it had to be rescheduled for the 3rd of November. If you had tickets for this show on the 2nd of July, they will be valid for this show. You do not need to contact us – your name will be at the door.**

Well well well… Here we are again! It seem’s Lucy’s almost unhealthy obsession with Ella Fitzgerald has not subsided just yet. So, lucky for you she is back with outrageously toe tapping tunes by the Queen of Jazz.

Lucy’s warm stage presence and immaculate phrasing has led to a WAM Nomination for Best Vocalist, and a top ten nomination for the Wangaratta National Jazz Awards.

Allow her to serenade you into the night alongside some of Australia’s most impressive musicians, using their timeless and sophisticated technique to honour this music of yesteryear.

Prepare to be whisked away on a musical journey, starting from Ella’s early classics through to her final crooners.

We hope to see you there to celebrate 79 years of a magnificent woman and musician.

Lucy Iffla on Vocals
Ricki Malet on Trumpet
Alistair Peel on Bass
Harry Mitchell on Piano
Cameron Fermoyle on Drums
