WAYJO Swingin’ Sundays with Adrian Kelly

Perth jazz young guns, the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra, will collaborate with old friend and WAYJO Alumnus, Adrian Kelly, in the inaugural WAYJO Swingin' Sundays concert on Sunday 3 October at the Ellington Jazz Club.

In what will become an annual highlight of WAYJO's performance calendar, WAYJO Swingin' Sundays brings together the best of the old and the new. The concerts will feature the current crop of talented WAYJO musicians performing with a WAYJO graduate who has built a successful career in the jazz industry. This year well-known Perth trumpet player, Adrian Kelly, will join WAYJO on stage to play some of the great trumpet and big band charts, including the ever popular Night in Tunisia.
