JOVINO SANTOS NETO - BRAZIL

Four-time Latin Grammy nominee, Brazilian master pianist composer and arranger, Jovino Santos Neto,is among the top Brazilian  pianists working today. Currently based in Seattle, Washington, his career has been closely affiliated with the Brazilian legend, Hermeto Pascoal, as an integral part of the Brazilian master's group for fifteen years.  He has also toured and recorded with artists such as  Bill Frisell, Paquito d’Rivera, Airto Moreira, Claudio Roditi, David Sanchez, Joe Locke, Marco Granados and many more.  Jovino is currently Professor of Music at Seattle's Cornish College of the Arts.  This will be his premiere performance in Australia.
