SIBONEY and MELODY

SIBONEY (C-Boh-NAY  for those playing at home), is one of Perth’s hardest working young talents, gigging regularly around town 3-4 times a week. With influences from soul, pop, funk and RnB, and citing artists such as Joss Stone, Jill Scott, Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin as influences, you’d better prepare yourself for a groovin’ night!  Siboney’s debut album is due mid 2010. With a stellar lineup of some of Perth’s top musos, the album will feature her original brand of funky soul, mixing old school influences with the hippest of arrangements, and provide an opportunity to showcase her truly outstanding vocal talent.

Melody is a Perth Based Singer, she has backed international artists such as Syl Johnson & Betty Harris, regularly works with Perth's Howie Morgan Project and has been recording her debut album in Chicago with Old School blues artists
