William Christensen - WAAPA Graduation Recital

Monday 19 November 8.00pm

Join Guitarist William Christensen as he takes to the Ellington stage for a night of great music.

After four years of working towards a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from the WA Academy of Performing Arts, William has been enhancing his skills as a musician and performer from the best music educators Perth has to offer. Influenced by the likes of Wes Montgomery, Pat Metheny and Jonathan Kreisberg, William will be presenting a program of original music and original arrangements.

Ranging from old Danish folk songs all the way to the passionate melodies of Ed Sheeran, tonight will be an exciting show that William will present with an equally skilled ensemble.

Tonight’s recital will feature:

William Christensen-Guitar

Matt Salt-Saxophone

Tim Voutas-Piano

Kieran Barnes-Bass

Miles Gilbert-Drums

Mia Simonette-Vocals

**PLEASE NOTE**

All WAAPA Graduation Recitals are ticketed separately. If you wish to attend multiple recitals, please purchase tickets separately for each recital that you wish to attend.
