Toni Braxton & 'The Era' Tribute with Amanda Dee and Cee Caton

The experienced, soulful Amanda Dee and her equally talented daughter, Cee Caton will be hitting the stage to bring Toni Braxton and fellow popular artists of ‘The Era’ that have stood the test of time, with those unforgettable tunes. This Mother-Daughter combo will bring the sweet harmonies that will make you feel good and have you dancing the night away to all your favourite Toni hits and hits of ‘The Era’. Their funky talented band will be lifting the roof off and are excited to have special guest DJ Rough Soul adding to the live mix. A first in the live band performance at The Ellington.

Toni Michelle Braxton is an American singer, songwriter, pianist, record producer, actress, television personality. She began performing with her sisters in a family group known as The Braxtons in the late 1980s, who were signed to Arista Records.
Braxton attracted the attention of producers Antonio “L.A.” Reid and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds seeing the international success of the singles “Another Sad Love Song” and “Breathe Again”. The album brought Braxton three Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist. “You’re Makin’ Me High” and “Un-Break My Heart”. The Heat (2000), opened at number 2 on the Billboard200 and saw the success of its lead single, “He Wasn’t Man Enough”Secrets brought Braxton an additional two Grammy Awards, for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.
