Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Chris Gibbs has been a permanent fixture in the WA music industry. Thousands of performances and seventeen original music releases have afforded Chris the opportunity to contribute to the music industry in many ways, from solo acoustic performances through to international tour support slots. Although popular as an acoustic performer in recent years, Chris is most at home on an electric guitar; his current musical focus is on his new original band Triple Engine, as well as several tribute acts including KISStake, Bulls On Parade and The Sounds Of Woodstock.
Bronton started playing the drums when he was ten and since then has played in many bands all over Australia and around the world. He met many of his associates while studying a jazz degree at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts, which has sparked a journey covering all kinds of musical styles. He has backed countless artists all the while undertaking to play the bass with prowess and ‘like a chameleon’, traversing varying musical realms but blending in without distraction to best serve the song.
