The Best of SADE with Masina Miller

Sunday 19 November 6.00pm

The Masina Miller Band is bringing the music of Sade back to The Ellington!
Sade is a singer who struck a cord around the world with sultry, soul-inspired songs like’Smooth Operator’
In the early 1980’s, she signed with Epic Records and recorded her first album, Diamond Life, in 1984.
A huge hit thanks to such singles as ‘Smooth Operator’, the album won Sade a Best New Artist Grammy,
and her subsequent multi-platinum albums established Sade as a top-selling soul and pop artist.
When the M.M.B first performed this show here at The Ellington back in August, they had the whole audience captivated from start to finish!
Her collaboration with some of Perth’s A-List musicians has left no doubt that this will be another show you won’t want to miss!
Music Director ‘Musically Savage’ (aka Luke) & Miller are excited to share an interesting groove spin on the music of Sade!
In true swoon worthy style Masina has held audiences in the ‘palm of her hand’ with show stoppers such as;
Tribute to Carole King’s ‘Tapestry’ album.
‘Just the 2 of Uz’ – Iconic acoustic tunes of the 70’s
Natalie Cole’s Unforgettable ‘with love’ album Tribute
Billy Holiday Show ‘Lady sings the blues’
Bring your friends folks and early bookings recommended.
