Tenspeed

Saturday 16 July 10.30pm

Come have a groove and a dance at the highly anticipated debut performance of Tenspeed! Fresh off of the release of their first single “Don’t”, Tenspeed, led by father-daughter duo Sofie Kerr and Gavin Kerr will be bringing some tunes from their upcoming album as well as some kickin covers by an array of artists that inspired their music, such as Olivia Rodrigo, Lizzo, Hall and Oates, Harry Styles, Kate Bush and more! The music features Sofie’s range of quick-witted and heartfelt lyrics centring around growing up and moving into your 20s with a charming cynicism, accompanied by Gavin’s funky and thoughtful compositional language. Joined by some dear friends, the band consists of some of Perth’s highest esteemed and upcoming musicians, some of which who are featured on the album! Tenspeed’s songs seamlessly meld old school and modern influences, and will get everyone up and dancing!
