Tuesday 16 August 7.00pm

Sky Machine are a unique multimedia project from Perth that blends together science fiction, digital art, and jazz fusion. They fuse elements of rock, funk, jazz and metal music with the purpose of taking the audience on a journey that explores a science fiction world populated by superhuman secret agents, artificially intelligent spaceships, covert organisations and a looming threat by an otherworldly power.

After having released their first body of work, “The Prologue Series”, they are now working towards the release of their debut album and accompanying graphic novel, “The Fall of Eridania”.

Witness this incredible project in an intimate setting at the Ellington Jazz Club.

Tonight, you will be treated to a unique experience. During the first set, a narrator will take you through the sci-fi journey of “The Prologue Series” accompanied by atmospheric acoustic piano improvisation. During the second set, you will experience the full uncompromising energy of the band where they will play original jazz fusion compositions related to this sci-fi world.
