SHARIN performs not only to entertain nor to express, but to transfer and transport. From her, via her music, she will infiltrate you with uplifting energy and passion that will bring you alive. Inspiring, memorable and exciting-every word and every note reverberates emotion. She is contagious. She is powerful.
Expect to hear favourites from artists such as Lauryn Hill, Christina Aguilera, Nina Simone, Amy Winehouse, Etta James, Beyoncé and Michael Jackson.
Diverse, she can bring anything from soul to RnB to rap to jazz to classical keys all the way to rock-metal vocals. With experience singing for the Voice Australia, jazzy dinner sets and at venues all around WA, ensemble performances at Australia’s top jazz academy WAAPA, vocals for a metal band’s debut album as well as recording neo-soul and RnB in her collaborations with hip hop rappers, there isn’t much her voice doesn’t bend to. Nor does her music doesn’t stop at English- Arabic, Spanish and Indonesian can be done too!
‘SHARIN’ translates to AORTA in Arabic and as it is the duty of the major artery to carry oxygenated, nutrient rich blood flow from the heart to the rest of the human body, SHARIN is a powerful vessel through which music flows- music she believes was given to her to, music that carries soul, ambition, passion and energy she believes it is her duty to share to the world. Especially in her upcoming album- AORTA.
Not only does she wear her heart on her sleeve, she is the heart on your sleeve reminding you of the miracle that is you and your life. Not much is yet known about the physiological impact music has on the body, and she dreams of finding out more, but one thing is for sure- she has a remarkable power to reach every organ in your body and make you feel alive. The life and love that pulsates in her being will be felt in yours.
“What you did at the beginning of that song was genius-great poise.”- Boy George, The Voice 2017
“Her rich, soulful tones are an absolute pleasure to witness live and she connects to the lyrics like she herself composed them.”- Dean Anderson, Groove Night Avenue
