We are the guitar ensemble from hell that your mother warned you about.

Looking at the guitar from a different view, we are an ensemble  of lotsa guitars.

We play instrumental guitar music which can be described as :

interlocking, harmonic, conversational, rhythmic, atmospheric and great fun.

The music is mostly electric, highly eclectic, approchable and all played live.

guaranteed – no extended guitar solos

guaranteed – to take you on journeys guitar music often doesn’t go

guaranteed – lotsa guitars without the annoying parts – not very guitarry [if there’s such a word]

guaranteed – not a LOT of spandex nor boofy hair

guaranteed – egos left at the door [that’s not true actually]

guaranteed – interesting but approachable

guaranteed – stupidly large amounts of fun

Proceeding [containing 150 years combined experience] are

Mike Dearn – lotsa guitars

    studied classical guitar from age 7, played with Swamp Monserts 1985, Squidfinger 1996

Peter Hadley - flute, didge, keyboards, bass – everything EXCEPT guitar really

    from a classical world played with Rhode Island Red, Rhythm Method, Love Pump, The Fat

Dickon Oxenburgh – percussion

    from a theatre background and so much more

Errol H Tout – lap steel, lotsa guitars and guitar synth

    Solo guitarist for 30 years, The Weeping Sores, The Beautiful Losers, The Less Said the Better

Glenn Winter-Smith – lotsa guitars and more guitars

    played in countless bands for the last 30 years, leans toward the Avate Garde

General Admission refers to patrons who have not purchased a membership.

Jazz Standard / Student applies to patrons who have purchased a Jazz Standard Membership and show this card on entry or to students who show their student card on entry.

Duke Duchess applies to those who have purchased a Duke/Duchess membership and show this card on entry.

Table restricted view refers to a few table places which have sight line issues across the grand piano, but allow seated table entry.
