Lucy Iffla performs: James Taylor - Sting - The Doobie Brothers

Tuesday 27 October 7.00pm

This October, come and join me at the Ellington for STING – DOOBIE BROTHERS – JAMES TAYLOR. A night of folk and rock melodies we all love and know. Celebrating the poetic mastery of James Taylor and Sting and the head bopping grooves of The Doobie Brothers! I’m blessed to be accompanied by the wonderful voices of Ben Vanderwal and Matt Gudgeon on this gorgeous evening!

Lucy (21), an up and coming Jazz Vocalist, currently completing her fourth and final year of Jazz studies at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Playing alongside some incredible established musicians both locally with and internationally, including superb WAAPA lecturers and the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra, Lucy has developed her sound and showcases an elegant and timeless voice beyond her years.

Lucy’s passion for Jazz started at quite a young age and has developed to loving an array of diverse genres! After some time away she is back with wonderful musicians, Matt Gudgeon on Guitar, Alistair Peel on Bass, Tal Cohen on Piano and Ben Vanderwal (Drums), creating an unforgettable powerhouse line-up.

We’d love to see you there to celebrate the return of live music in Perth!
