Jen de Ness Septet

Sunday 18 June 6.00pm

Jazz/Pop/Cabaret Singer, Songwriter, Jen de Ness returns to the Ellington to present another uplifting show with some of the coolest jazz/blues and contemporary musicians in town.   You can expect Jen’s original blend of soulfully tuned acoustic pop grooves crossed with RnB, smooth jazz, sultry bossa nova, beautiful blues and swingin’ jazz blues tunes to move to.

Featuring Jen de Ness on Vocals and Piano, fellow composer Bill Atkinson on guitars, Roy Martinez on Bass, Mark Cunniffe on Piano, Mike Collinson on saxophones and Satish Krishnan on percussion.  This is  a show filled with much love, joy, fun and a celebration of life through original music, storytelling and smooth 40’s – 70s covers with a soulful and groovy band.
