Fresh from his European Tour and a sold out run at Ronnie Scott’s Club in London, Danny Moss Jnr is returning to The Ellington!

Danny Moss Jnr’s big toned, swinging bass playing is highly regarded by his peers on the International Jazz Scene. An unashamed disciple of the great Ray Brown time, tone, swing, and variation of lines are the hallmarks of his playing. He has played at most of Europe’s major Jazz Festivals inc, Berlin, Munich, Hof, Edinburgh, Brecon, Vienna etc. and recorded with world renowned artists including his illustrious parents Danny Moss M.B.E. and Jeanie Lambe, as well as Sir John Dankworth, Martin Drew, Scott Hamilton,Tony Coe, Don Burrows. and John Wheatley.

Tonight’s swinging programme will include music from the likes of Ellington, Basie, Porter, Gershwin, Arlen, Pettiford, Brown etc. Plus a healthy serving of the Blues!
