Daniel Susnjar Jazz Quartet presents THE MUSIC OF NOW
Thursday 16 June 7.00pm
The Daniel Susnjar Jazz Quartet presents original music featuring Australia’s cutting-edge contemporary jazz musicians. With years of playing experience shared amongst these award-winning musicians, the ensemble engagingly weaves dynamic textures and boundless creativity through Susnjar’s emotive and unique compositions.
For this Ellington Jazz Club performance, a collection of brand new compositions will be presented which focus on local and global events which have impacted society over the past 2 years. With a host of prestigious accolades earned by these musicians – including multiple APRA Art Music, Australian Jazz Bell and WAM award wins – along with Freedman Jazz Fellowship nominations and Australian National Jazz Awards recognition – this is an experience that is not to be missed.
